Do you supply your own equipment?
We operate and maintain a dedicated inventory that includes AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X players, a Pioneer DJM-V10 mixer, and a Yamaha DZR/DXS professional sound system.
Do you travel outside Verbier?
Yes. Our home base is Verbier, and we can also travel to destinations including Crans-Montana, Zermatt, Gstaad, Geneva, Lausanne, Zürich, and selected locations in the French and Italian Alps. Travel and logistics are confirmed in your quote.
What information do you need to give me a quote?
Event date, venue or location, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, approximate guest count, and whether you need DJ services, equipment, or technical support.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially during peak ski season when availability can be limited. Short-notice requests may also be possible depending on availability, so feel free to contact us on WhatsApp.
Do you provide lighting and staging as well as sound?
Lighting and staging can be sourced through trusted technical partners according to the venue and event brief. These services are coordinated with the sound and DJ setup when required.
Can I book just the DJ equipment without a DJ?
Yes. Visiting DJs can book the CDJ-3000X / DJM-V10 booth as backline without shipping their own equipment. Availability and delivery requirements are confirmed in the quote.
Is a deposit required?
Deposit and payment terms are confirmed in your individual quote once the scope of the event has been agreed.
What happens if equipment needs attention during my event?
All equipment is checked and tested before each event. On-site or on-call technical support can be included depending on the event requirements. The level and response time of technical support are confirmed in each quote.
